Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer standard shipping (3–7 business days) and express shipping (1–3 business days) options at checkout.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S.

International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Customs duties and import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We’re not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

Address Changes

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once shipped, we cannot change delivery addresses.
